Sizing & Fit
Are your products only for tall women?
Pretty much! Tall women are who we design for. Our core fit is built around women roughly 5'9"–6'5"+. That said, some shorter women love the extra-cozy fit of our tops and have had great luck with them too.
What inseam lengths do you offer?
Our pants are currently offered in 35" and 37" inseams. Check our Inseams & How to Measure page to find your best fit.

Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States and Canada, with expanded international shipping coming soon.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. U.S. orders over $200 ship free via UPS Ground. For more details, visit our Shipping page.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link. If you can’t find it, check your spam folder or email us at hey@airupthereapparel.com and we’ll help you track it down.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached. Return shipping costs apply. For full details, including U.S. and Canadian returns, visit our Returns & Exchanges page.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes! If you need a different size or color, email us at hey@airupthereapparel.com within 14 days of delivery and we’ll help you make the swap, subject to availability. See our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.
What should I do if I have an issue with my order?
Email us at hey@airupthereapparel.com with your order number and a quick note about what happened. If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, include a photo and we’ll make it right.
