Need a different size or color? We’re happy to help! We offer free exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
Just email us at hey@airupthereapparel.com with your order number and the size or color you’d like instead. We’ll take it from there!
Exchanges are subject to availability. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
Returns
We want you to love the fit. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help. We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition
- Returned with all original tags attached
Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll issue an eligible refund to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 5–7 business days after receipt of the return for inspection and processing. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the refund to appear.
Original shipping costs and/or any duties, taxes, customs charges, or other import-related charges are non-refundable.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please log in using the email address associated with your order and submit a return request.
Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive instructions for sending your item back.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Air Up There Apparel is not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit.
Please do not send items back without first submitting and receiving approval for a return request.
